Chex Mix

I know everyone’s family has their own version of Chex Mix that they make for the holidays, and this one is ours. I got the recipe from my grandma, but I’ve tweaked it over the years. It’s not really Christmastime until there’s a big batch of this Chex Mix available! It’s super easy to make, and I have the recipe memorized by now! You can substitute any of the dry ingredients or change quantities to meet your preferences, but you want 12 cups of dry ingredients total.

Instructions:

Heat oven to 250F. Melt butter & stir in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and coat with seasoned butter mixture. Spread Chex mix onto large baking sheet and bake for 1 hr, stirring every 15 min. Spread on paper towels to cool.
